The portal gives you secure access to personal, medical and insurance information.

This Patient Portal is part of our compliance with the federal mandate for medical practices to establish Electronic Health Records.

The Patient Portal enables you, as our patient, to be able to review your visits and update certain information online.  The office will first give you your username and password before you are able to enter this site.  Please call the office if you have any questions.

Important Notice: Mozilla Firefox must be used to access the Patient Portal in order for it to function properly.  Please do not update any demographic information in the Patient Portal, only medical information.  If your demographic information is incorrect, please contact our office at 919-518-0999 and we will update that information for you.
